One day during this summer I had the great pleasure to spend the morning with the local bedouin artist Awad Hussein.
Awad continues the craft of his father in designing bedouin jewellery using a special type of tin.

The jewellery he is making was traditionally worn daily by the bedouin women. Pieces of his work completed the traditional clothing of bedouin women of the Jebaliya tribe.
